Refund and Returns Policy

1. No Refund After Service Delivery

Once the service/product has been delivered, refunds will not be issued.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service was not delivered as promised

  • A duplicate payment was made

  • A technical issue from our side prevented service delivery

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Order details

  • Payment proof

  • Reason for refund

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders/services can be cancelled before they are processed. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Digital products/downloads

  • Customized work
